1969 Data sheet corrections

Post by lee_ford »

I used the write up on your data page (data-1969.htm) when I first found the site to find out what color my truck was. The VIN tag part has a paint code of P2 and your write up says Boxwood Green Metallic and Light Ivy Yellow. Now last week I went looking for touchup paint and the site automotivetouchup.com shows Boxwood Green (not metallic) and New Lime. When I looked at the “Martin Senour paint chip sample sheet” you have, it also shows Boxwood Green and New Lime.

Just thought you might want to correct this error. Also you have not listed: Rangoon Red = J or Meadowlark Yellow = W which are on the paint sample sheet

Also you do not list the 302 specs. I believe it is 220 hp but have no idea of the compression ratio.

Thanks for the GREAT site for us Bump lovers.

Lt. Ivy Yellow and New LIme are the same color. I don't know why it has two different names.
