That small block exhaust manifold, it looks new is it? If is where did you get it. I'm looking for new ones, and I need the straight backs and no one seems to have them.

I think you installed that mirror on the wrong side, it's pointing forward. It won't do you much god like that.
Just joking. It's starting to take shape. I really like that look of the F350 DRW truck with a flat-bed. Keep those picktures coming.

Sounds like you got your work cut out for you. All I got yesterday was some bodywork done on the dash since I'm leaving the cover off. And a bloody head since I stood up to get out of the cab and hit my head on the doorway lip. Ouch! Remember, its winter up here in Michigan so I have to wait for the garage to warm up. And its difficult to make sure your bodywork is good when you can't feel it since your hands are numb. But I got my casting leftovers ground off of my connecting rods to strengthen them. Plus I got some engine work done at my machinists shop.

I got a little more done the past few days, it's almost starting to look like a bump again. I got the the antenna from my 79' mounted / got the wipers re-attached / got the washer nozzles re-installed plumbed and sealed / and got the driver's side West Coast mirror re-attached:

I had to quick get some paint on the mid-ships/rear frame rails this afternoon. Temperature here is gonna be too crappy for painting for the entire next week. So here's the first coat of Rustoleum gloss black on those:

Now I can finally run the plumbing (gas/brake) and the wiring back into the inner frame rails!

And I finally took the time to get the first coat of gloss black on the rear frame area. I've been waiting to do this...because I know there will be more welding back there:

I've only got about 3 feet of frame rail on each side to finish cleaning up. Just don't have time for it right now...

Then I "jumped" into wiring the F-600 panel. It's not a "plug and play" on my 71 to enable the F-600 gauges like I'd like to do:

My buddy Doug is gonna' sandblast my panel so I can start with a fresh look to it.

I'll have to put the LED's for the F-600 panel on a Christmas list, just too expensive for me.
I feel fortunate enough just to have found the panel.
