Got some grinding , and priming done.
Had a couple small rust holes, decided to cut them out.

I'm thinking of doing some seam sealer along the gaps, maybe keep some
of the crud out of the sensitive areas.

Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!

Okay I'm back after a busy winter, I know you guys think I've been slacking, but I did get something accomplished.
Did some prep work on the cab mounts.

What really grinds my gears is the fact that I had just changed the oil, and filled it with fuel!
Soooo here I am siphoning all the gas into my wife's FJ.

Alden Miller is one of the two FE guys in the US that really know their stuff. Thank goodness you didn't take it to Troy's machine. They are horrible. Good luck with you bump!

Yeah there's no such thing as "direct fit replacement". The suppliers all claim this but there's always differences.

Got a brother in law in Rigby, I was warned. I didn't have to ask around for long, even the chevy guys agree Alden is the man. :yt:
