my cj valves will be in the 21 of the month now to pay the bill... ouch I always heard the fe was expensive but thought everybody was joking they're not.

got a set of gauges from a 68 I'll get pics later.
Also got a set of 79 beams and discs mostly torn apart got some more to remove then I'll start rebuilding it and tomarrow I'll pick up some spring pockets from a f350

Motor is paid off total was 820.00.
It's been sleeved and bored 60 over used the cam that came in it when I bought the truck it's a 260 the heads are c8 eah with cj valves

Well right now the disc brakes aren't on it yet got to do the kingpins first. I got the motor back today now I got to get gasket,piston rings,timing set, oil pump, pump drive shaft.

Got to find another spindle i think its the passenger side the threads are boggered up and the kingpin hole is ovaled

If you are going to replac fee a spindle, I would get a front end out of a 73 to 79 with the disc brakes.
