I finally feel like I'm making a lil progress. Fabbed up a cross member that actually turned out working great and got the transmission mounted. Im real happy with where everything turned out setting. Got the sifter linkage that was a mile long shorted by about 5 inches still have to finish all of it up but think I might actually be able to use my bench seat. And stuck the mustang wheels on it for now and that helped the looks of it a ton.

Thanks man I really hope so. I finished up the shifter this evening ended up shorting the linkage lil over 5 inches. I think I'll be able to use my bench seat but it will have to stay all the way back but that's fine with me I'm 6'8 so need all the room I can get anyway.

Took a quick pic while I was switching bays of the garage. I'm starting to feel like I'm getting a lil done.

Thanks everybody here's a lil bit of the reason I don't have as much done to much truck as I'd like. We've almost got my dads 70 finished just waiting on a few emblems and other small things and all the wiring and it be ready to roll.

Scored a seat of 66 mustang buckets yesterday that are in real good shape but will need covered. I'm still not positive I'll use them yet really just depends on what I can work out for a center seat/armrest but for $50 I couldn't pass em up.
