What do you think the best interior color is for a truck with paint code ML (holly green/white).

That depends on a number of things. If you're going for the hot-rod look, black is hard to beat, but it's also a lot warmer in the summer. (Don't wear shorts and then try to plop down on a black vinyl seat that's been in the sun for a few hours!) ;)

Otherwise, I'd get colors that compliment the exterior. White would look good and stay cool, but would be a PIA to keep clean, especially on a daily driver. I think green seats with white inserts would look sharp!

I'm planning on black for mine with some red, eventually. And and a shiney red paint job for the exterior. :D

My idea is to paint the interior silver but trim it out with black! I am thinking the door panels, seats, headliner and carpet will be black, while the doors, the side walls and the back wall will be silver.

If I do end up with the metal dash, I will paint the entire dash in black and have a chrome instrument cluster with black gauges.

This is all still in the planning stages, but I have a pretty good pictur in my head!

I'd kill (well almost) for a clean truck with your color combo!

I say green and white interior for the ML.

I'm actually still tossing ideas around. The two tone green would look nice if it were in better shape. I'm still debating on wether to try to chase down all the chrome trim that need to be replaced, or just say hell with it and take it all off.

Right now it is blue. It looks to be factory but maybe not.

I'm going to go with the green w/white inserts like Kieth was saying. Probably black carpet though. Maybe gray if I can get something that matches. Gonna keep the green on painted surfaces, I already have a new black dash pad (thanks Honey!). I do plan on building custom doorpanels and doing some other fabric work to improve the acoustics, all that metal makes everything sound like you're living in a 55 gallon drum. Kinda like being onboard a ship. Just cause I'm an old squid don't mean my truck has to sound like a destroyer!
Hey, don't mean to hijack the thread but does anyone have a supplier that makes a full cover carpet kit for crewcabs?
