What is it in.

My guess would be for use with a wrecker body or some other piece of equipment that uses a power take off.

What do I win?

My Father-in-law is one of those guys that riggs everything with bungee cords and duck tape! Anyways, he would say this is a factory installed cruise control cable!

Pretty sure DuckRyder has it.. I also think it is a throttle for a PTO.

Hey, I was pretty close, wasn't I? It looks great with the brushed aluminum and all the correct knobs. Now what did you do with the choke?
Great ideas have always encounter violent opposition from mediocre minds.
