A local shop has offered me pair of seats from a 1967 for $250.00...the seats has new padding, covers and the original mounting brackets.
worth the price???......what installation problems would I run into?

I would say its worth the price. I think a seat of seat covers alone are around $150-175. If you can find set brackets for the trucks, they should bolt up. I think they are fairly rare. Unless 78-79 bronco brackets would work.

The seat mounting brackets come with the seats.....I think this is a bolt in swap..not sure though

There is a gentelman in KS who is reproducing the brackets. He post at the other place, or did anyway. IIRC is name is oberg.

The 67 seats are said to be the ones used in these trucks with a factory bucket seat option.

Did not take long for someone to outbid me on the brakets (just wanted a spare set)
