I rebuilt 302, put new 4 barrel and intake, it has electric 12v choke, where is best/neat place to get power for choke?

Look for wire #932 here. On my 71' it came out of the firewall into the engine compartment by itself around the center of the engine bay. I can't remember what color it was but it should be there on your 70' model. Test it to make sure it gets power only when the key is on. And make sure ALL your grounds are intact, (main battery ground to engine block / intake manifold to firewall especially) or the electric choke will never work.

I believe there is a stud on the alternator ,so if it stalls it stops sending power to the choke.
so it'll stop opening until it restarts.
