Longtime lurker

Post by hoss103 »

Thought I'd finally introduce myself. My name's Carl, and I got a '69 F100 from a rural hospital in GA. They had used it as their work truck for many years, and I hated to see it rot away behind the building. It has a 302 and 3 speed on the column. A lot of rust on the body, but it runs fine and is fun to drive. I'll post some pictures later. Thanks for having me!

Ok, here are a couple of pics as it sat in the hospital's yard. Engine was locked up, and the shifter would only go into 2nd and 3rd. Hopefully the attachments posted ok.

Hoss103,

Welcome to the forums and the site. This place is great.

Truck looks good. I had a 69 F100 4x4 that had the factory alley light like yours. Pretty neat.

Good luck with it and thanks for saving it.

you can ford a river or stream and get to the other side, if you dodge it you will not, and if you drive a chevy to the levee it will run dry and the music will die.
