As some of you know (thanks for the help so far!) I am in the process of getting a 72 F100 back in running order. So far I have redone the 4 drum brakes (will go to front discs eventally), and rebuilt the C4 transmission. I am about to replace the ujoints, then tackle some other issues.
As I move forward I think I need the shop manual to have a better idea what and how to proceed. I am not particularly experienced so the manual should be a big help I would guess.
I found the 72 shop manual on CD for 40 bucks, and wondered if that was a good deal or not? Any oppinions would be appreciated.
Thanks!

re: Shop Manuals on CD
I have both the CD version and the three-set hardback. I prefer the paper. The set frequently shows up on eBay.

Yea, the CD (at least the one I got from FTE a few years ago) is merely a collection of scans saved as images. If it were converted into a pdf or something it would be a lot more useful.
