Armrest mounting hardware

Post by SoCalExile »

What were the armrests mounted with from the factory? Were they mounted to just the door panel or through it to the door frame?

Cool! Thanks.
I was using 3/8' bolts and large washers, but now my inner door latch doesn't work :(

bolts and nuts? or do you have the plastic inserts in your door. the 68 and 69 had the plastic inserts and they wear out real fast. or maybe your plastic inserts fell out. i saw that happen the other day.

The truck had LTD armrests in it when I bought it. I just picked up a set of the stock ones at Carpenter's when I was in Charlotte a couple weekends ago.
