gas pedal adjustment
Any ideas for a way to adjust the gas pedal location? Mine is at an uncomfortable position as it is too far back (toward the seat) and a little high off the floor. This makes for leg sleep if drive it very long.

Re: gas pedal adjustment
the reason i asked was because i saw a 460 in the junkyard that someone put a extension on the end of the pedal rod to raise the pivot point of the linkage hook ups. and i thought maybe that could be a problem for you. i fit is too close to you. getting a slightly longer linkage should pivot the pedal down toward the floor. i'm not sure if you have a trapeze linkage or what you have but making the rod that comes off the pedal to what ever point a slight longer should bring it down toward the floor more.

If I remember right the trapeze set ups had an adjustment for the peddle height didn't they? I use a straight rod on mine but the end is threaded for adjustment

Yes they do, I had a 302 now I have a 351w. Mine was not stock, but it came off a 70s truck. It had a trapeze, and a screw in rod that you could adjust. I had to add rod to mine to get it close enough to the floor to be comforatable and correct.
