clemm17: To get a pic to show inline, it has to be hosted somewhere online first, and then you need to put the image tags at either end of the image's full URL (not just the picture name), like this:

Ok a quick note before I let you see my current pic. I joined the Military when I was 17 needless to say I couldn't grow a beard. Now though 12 years later on my current assignment I get to grow one so without further stalling...
