Ironically enough I have 66 Mustang seats sitting in my garage, and tommorow I fully expect to buy a 66 F100 lwb. The super cabs I was looking at needed to more TLC then I could afford.
How do these seats look in a p/u?
Are they so small, and end up looking goofy?
Or do they fit right for a average sized guy such as myself with some sort of a center council, and I wouldn't mind sitting low.

Me thinks you need to experiment. Set them in and look. Sit on them. Place a 2x4 under them if they feel too low. And so on.

They should look just at home. Mustang seats themselves were the exact same as the Ranger Buckets used in the bumps minus the mounting brackets being different. They will look good w/ or w/o a console IMO however it is up to you if you want to put them in or not since it's going to be your truck. Also I think they are quite comfy especially compared to the stock bench seats and just feel better. (Don't have Mustang buckets in my bump but I have sat in them in a Mustang) Here's a picture of Mustang buckets in a bump, the picture is on the very first post at the top of the page:http://www.fordification.com/forum/view ... ts#p482516. Good luck getting the truck! And post some pictures of it if you get a chance.

here is a picture from ebay a few years ago. this was supposedly a 66 ranger which would have had the bucket seats in it.
