New Process 205 Rebuild Video...

Post by drpark »

Has anyone seen this video put out by Paul Zank rebuilding the NP205? Is it worth the $26?

Haven't seen it. I just rebuilt my 205 and can tell you that I didn't think it was to hard. A little tricky getting the right end play in one shaft but other than that it wasn't bad. I purchased bearings, seals, input shaft and a book from quad4x4.com.

Thanks for the info Doug, any idea on how many miles one can expect to get on a rebuild?

I honestly don't know :? . I would assume it would be relative to the quality of rebuild though.

I will be doing my NP250 shortly and here is what I will be using, it seems to be a good write up.
