Glove Box Door Screws

Post by dotcentral »

Can anyone tell me the size & pitch for the screws on the glove box door hinges?

I remembered your post, pulled a pair from a '68. Seems there's a difference, early vs. later bumps.
In the photo, the 2 smaller are from the '68, diameter approx. #10 or 3/16".
The larger 1 is from my '72, less than 1/4".

If you need the smaller ones, you can have them, I'll send them to you.

Thanks for the reply and offer Bahama Blue. My truck is a '71, so I don't guess those will work for me.

It's been awhile, but I was thinking they had sort of a pan head or flatter head to them than what your truck has. Might be getting it confused with something else or another vehicle.

Need to hit the pull a part, so might just go there and pull a few off a 71 or 72. Probably a few other odds and ends I could use as well.
