2017 hunting season

Post by basketcase0302 »

Well guys, (and gals) it time to share! Back in the early days here on Fordification there were so many folks here that used the bump for hauling in the trophy or dinner for the family.

So I wanna' know..."WHERE'S THE BEEF / PORK / VENISON / ELK?" :off: :yt:

Oh yeah... :nopix:

No such luck here either... Here in my county in Pennsylvania, you can only shoot a buck in the first week (starting Monday after Thanksgiving), and starting the first Saturday you can tag a doe during the last week (Saturday to Saturday).
I went out this past Monday, and didn't see a single buck. But of course I saw 15 doe

That was typical in Big Cypress National Park hunts in South Florida, (no does allowed)!
The bucks would send the does out just to annoy you! :cuss:

Man...I've got a few tales of all my boar hunting in South Florida swamps! The one with the cap & ball .44 New Army revolver dropping four rounds into his head at 30 feet-then him charging me will never be forgotten!

Awesome pic with the bump hauling the camper Lee! The time out there alone is worth it to me, (even if there is nothing to put in the freezer).
Closer to God and all his creatures works for me.
