i heard pepper spray is sometimes ineffective on individuals that consume lots of hot stuff- it too was on a news show

I actually hired an illegal in Detroit a few years ago and didn't even know it. Hired three Mexicans for a communications outfit I was running and everything checked out. Great guys, worked hard, but did send a good amount of their cash back to Mexico. One day one didn't show up anymore, and the other two said he'd been deported, no green card.

Since border security is such a huge priority, it took the guy all of a month to get back to Detroit and start looking for another job. I, obviously, wasn't going to hire him. I thought of letting the other two go because they weren't upfront about it.

In a related note, our company sponsored a German on a work visa and what a pain in the rear end in paperwork. If the government was trying to make sure the guy wasn't a terrorist or whatever, GREAT, but what it really seemed like was volumes of paperwork that no one really paid any attention too.

It seems we are mostly all in accord anyways, so there shouldn't be too much bickering. whether we like minorities or not, whether we like mexicans or not, it dosen't matter. The outstanding fact is that what they are doing is illegal, and nobody can really support that. I think that's why there is no real disagreement here.
