seems to me 302's werent so popular throughout any of the years. it may just be people here like the bigger engines though.

I have a 69 F100 302. They only put 302's in 69's late in the year.

Don't know the number but it can't be a lot. Like QC said they were offered late in the year, was it April or June?

Most auto part houses don't recognize a '69 with a 302, you have to tell them '70.

 my truck came with a 240 3 speed. I dropped the 302 in it.

Hmm, the local Napa lists the 69 with a 302, but not the 68.... :?
