I’d have to get some tomorrow, but yes they sit way too high for most people but fit me ok. I’ll probably change them in the near future.

Sounds like you still have your truck, thats great! I liked following your build! Did you get the front end dialed in? You had mentioned that your son was building a highboy, how did his truck turn out?

The channel is 1.5in and only on the outside, as you probably noticed the cab is lower on the outsides so that makes them flat. To be done properly all the feet of the seats need to be modified but like I stated they work ok for me at 5’8” and give me better vision lol.

Popeyes71, yep still have Hunka.....progress has been a different story. I’m currently work on the engine rebuild and then the front suspension will be finished up. One thing is always hinging on another for the most part.

I did similar with 1" square tube. Im thinking of cutting 1-1/2" off inside, towards middle, seat bracket and welding in an angle iron so outside sits and mounts flush to original floor. At 5`10" I can make what I have now work but think a little lower would be ideal. Thanks for sharing. Makes me feel better about what I came up with seeing that's how you did your seat install.
