Front Bumpers
I was wondering if front bumpers were standard equipment on 72's. I have a 72 F-350 factory cab/chassis, 10,000# GVW that didn't have a front bumper on it when I got it. The guy I bought it off of said that it didn't have a front bumper on it when he got it off a farm where it had spent it's whole life. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Mines got a bumper. Can't imagine one being sold without it. Ralph Nader would have pitched a fit.

re: Front Bumpers
I'm pretty sure a front bumper was not only standard, but almost mandatory. I suppose you might have been able to special-order it without, to mount something else there other than a factory bumper, but I'd be willing to guess that it's more likely a previous owner simply removed it at some point and never replaced it.

My '68 didn't come with bumpers when I bought it. My 67 has a front bumper but no rear. My rollpan should be on soon... can't wait to post pics.
