Ok....just replaced my 2 speed wiper motor and it works fine. The only problem is that they will not shut off. I have to position the switch in between the speed settings. Is this a bad wiper switch?

Silly question, and I'm not sure if it's right without looking at my truck. But did you ground the new switch?

I "think" it has a ground, and did you remember to re-ground it on installation?

Only replaced the motor. The switch is the original.

Theres a park switch in the motor. It might be bad.

The motor I replaced would hum and barely move the arms, but the motor would turn off with my current switch.

I was talkin with a buddy of mine and he said to swap the red and blue wires. He said that it may change the sequence but should be able to turn the wipers off.

Ok....so here's what I did. Both the wiper motor and switch have four wires coming off of them. Black, white, red, and blue. I tried some different combinations and it works fine when you unhook the red. I taped it up and now I can turn my wipers off. Thanks for the responses on this.

Here's what the factory shop manual says about your problem:
