I picked that gauge as well, I found it at my local CSK autoparts for $19.99
I looked at the directions a bit, I'm going to install it tomorrow. So from what I gather, I run a ground - a wire to the sending unit - and a wire to a hot? Where are you going to tap in at?
I'm doing a custom in-dash install. Hopefully I can show you some pics in a few days.

These pictures aren't the best quality but they give you an idea of what I did. Let me know what you think.

thats different....never thought of keeping the speedo and odom. when doin a custom dash.. good job and looks good
is that real carbon fiber? or just like a cardboard inlay
Thanks BobbyFord and quantumleap.
I thought about it for a while and figured it out so that I could keep the original speedo and odometer. As for the carbon fiber? Its not real, its vinyl over plexiglass. Now I think I'll need to put the white gauge face (like this- http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... 1898wt_939) on the speedo so it breaks the black up a bit more. What do you think about that idea?

i dig it with the black there..but im kinda partial to black for everything...the white face guages would deffinately complete the mathing guages...i say go with your instincts..either way should look good
