what are these for?
When I got my truck the seats were removed ( factory bucket ) and I can see where they bolt down thru the floor but these 1/4" studs sticking through the floor have me baffled. Any Ideas? the hole is where the cab mount bolt goes through

There should have been a wing nut and a bracket to hold the jack handle down to the floor so it wouldn't slide around.
