The color is definately USFS green, I am restoring one as well and that was the exact color combo as mine when it started. It just looks different because it is very chalky and faded. On mine we took the inside of the glove box door and buffed it out to color match. Also the underside of the dash is the same color, so I know it was not repainted. I feels great to have a "USFS truck" family! :wel:

I agree that it looks like a ******* utility bed. I actually almost bought a bump that had a 9' ******* utility bed, was just like that, cabinets bolted to the sides of the flareside bed, fenders removed.

AWESOME truck! I hadn't ever seen a crew 67, now I have! Were they all "Deluxe Cabs"? I would restore it as the Forest Service truck it was, my truck was an oil company truck and I am going to re-letter it like it was back then... If I can only find a picture of what it looked like!

Best of luck in your resto!

Doug.
