Go ahead and paint the bumper, just put a piece of painters tape over the sticker? just a thought...

On a side note, the guys at Mythbusters proved not long ago that it actually IS possible to polish a turd. They did it. :lol:

You can always get a new sticker. I personally wouldn't put a sticker on about concealed carry (no one needs to know) but there is a whole mess of clever stickers I want to put on my bumper when my truck is done!
