Has anybody used these dash panels?

Post by elemen0hpey3ae »

Hey guys its been a while-

I've never dealt with these guys before but none of my gauges work in the f-100. I really like the 6 gauge set but will NOT buy it unless you guys can vouch. I really like the billet panel and want something in that style with all new aftermarket gauges; any other suggestions? My wiring is a mess right now, I'd like to go with the painless kit in the spring once I have the tired 302 pulled out and I'm prepping for the 408w swap. I'll have plenty of room to stand in the engine compartment and wiring should be a lot easier (after the engine compartment is degreased and painted black of course. Hell, I might even run an all new brake set-up too. What do you think?

Good evening Elemen0hpey3ae,

While I have no experience with those particular dash panels, I am about 85% through the process of installing something similar. Almost the whole thing has been carefully documented here, including wiring diagrams and lots of top quality advice. Most of the wiring and connectors were actually donated to me by Fitzwell (a top FORDification member)!

Could I ask for advice on attaching my Teleflex/V3 gauges?
