Any good books for 67-72

Post by dwpave »

I was looking for a book to buy that will show nice pictures and info on these trucks. My brother said that he saw a large book that shows all ford trucks from the 30's on up. Does anyone have some info. Thanks Dave

They're not books but I find the commercial catalogs to be very valuable (Dennis Carpenter, LMC and so on). Also, this site has lots of photos and project descriptions. Good luck.

There are some books listed in the LMC, Dennis Carpenter, and National Parts Depot catalogs that sound like what uyou're looking for.

I have a couple original dealer brochures from back then. They have some good info in them and the pictures are a good reference of how these trucks looked when they came out. My favorite one is the all purpose utility brochure. It has pics of everthing from the Ranchero up to the W-1000 trucks.

There is a book at the library that they won't let me check out because it's reference only, but I think it's called "The American Truck Spotter's Guide"....Only trouble is,all of it's photos and illustrations are in black and white...But it has a lot of neat facts and data and year-by-year changes of all trucks...I'm not sure, but there may specifically be a Ford Truck Spotter's Guide....
This is the point...I'm....talking about everybody! I'm talking about form! I'm talking about content! I'm talking about interrelationships! I'm talking about God, the devil, hell, heaven!!!! Do you understand???? Finally!!!!
