On many of threads I get subscribed to I get intermittent emails for updates. I am not sure how it works, but don't always count on an email.

is there a way to unsubscribe from ALL threads? i tried to before but whatever i did, didn't work 
i dont need to recive an e-mail everytime someone posts.
