Put a mast on your truck and rig a sail to it.


It doesn't have to be a spinacker but that'll give you the most performance gain...

But that would only be down wind. If he added a retractable bowsprit he could use an asyimetrical and heat it up at higher angles! But then he would need crew on the rail.

That "T" cover is a good idea. Does anyone know what the "drag or resistance" factor- in terms of %- for the air trapped by the tailgate on a pickup? jd

FYI (yeah I know another one):
Actually you will get better gas mileage with the tailgate up/closed than down/open. When the tailgate is up/closed it creates an air bubble/pocket in the pickup bed so the air flows over the bed all nice and smooth with very little resistance to the wind resulting in greater fuel economy.
Honest engine on this one my Brothers...
