1971 Windshield Washer Reservoir in a 1970 F100
Does anyone have any ideas what the easiest way to install a '71 reservoir with working pump in a '70 F-100? Could I just splice a piece of '71 wiring into the existing wiring?

That's what I did when I installed a 71 res into my 68. The plugs were different so I just spliced in the correct plug and works fine.
