Really the only updates I have is that I took an old receiver hitch I had laying around, cut it up and mounted it behind the bumper so that it comes out behind the license plate. Replaced the oil pan gasket because I had a leak. Other than that, just driving it as much as I can. Crazy how good this thing drives with the CV conversion. I do regret not doing a 4 link or IRS in the back but maybe in the future. Or for the next build when I get my son through college.

Sorry for a response 2 months late...

It is working pretty well. Only issue I am trying to understand is when I am pulling up to a stop and push in the clutch, it drops below the idle rpm but recovers. It is probably a setting I just don't understand yet. But I got to say the truck runs really strong. Love driving it!! Really cool to pass someone at 80 to 85 on the interstate in an ole truck. Drives as good as the Honda's we have around the house.

I started with the Fitech to compare to. However driving around town it is 12 to 13 but I drove it on a trip to Franklin TN to a cars and coffee event so this was all interstate driving. About 1.5 hours one way. I followed a buddy of mine pulling his 69 camaro so we were running mostly at 70mph. Best I could tell I got around 17 to 18mpg. I really attribute that to the 5 speed Tremec more than the efi. Every time I drive this truck it amazes me how well it drives. Crazy old truck drives like a sports car.
