Please, Please, Please! Thank you so much!!!! Yeah, I know how you feel about gathering measurements. I did exactly what you did before I installed new springs in my truck. Just at this point with my truck, I want to upgrade tire sizes and I have been contemplating 35". All the measurements I take on my truck indicate they will work fine but it's nice to see someone else's truck mocked up. Thanks Manny!

Could you tell me what the height of your truck is to the bottom of the bumpers with 2" lift and 35's? Working on mine with a 4" lift and am curious as how tall the truck will be when I'm done. The reason I ask is PA has bumper height restrictions on lifted trucks. So if the stock bumper isn't going to be low enough I may have to purchase drop bumpers. not liking that idea.
BTW I have the 78-79 HP60 and NP205 for mine as well, but added a 10.25 Sterling for my rear axle.

I wish i could say amazing things but i can't. Got more money set aside but no major progress. Out of town tons of rain. Biggest thing is right now work is killing me or trying to. Secondly at home i have an 88' f150 in my way. Its almost done just have to finish the AOD trans rebuild on it. What appeared a good deal has cost me far too much time again. Trying to build my mom another run around vehicle for her. She has a nice car but for her hauling her yard junk building her a truck.hdman90 wrote:Manny,

Sounds as though we have similar plans on drive line modifications. My NP205 has a parking brake conversion that I got from TSM, but I also added a twin stick set up. If you want to add disk brakes to the Sterling you may want to look at the one TSM has as that is where I got mine and its pretty simple.
