This is what it looked like in November last year when he bought it! Not bad for 6 months! Oh and all the work done by kids 18 and under and painted by my son and he's only 17!! I think they knocked it out of the park!!

They did very well, and with plenty of encouragement from dad, I'm sure. You should be proud and satisfied that your son wants to engage in projects like this instead of spending his life at a computer screen.

She's been home a couple weeks now! Put some chrome under the hood! And found a set of wheels and tires tonight dirt cheap just a couple houses up the street from ours! I had a set of these same wheels on my first truck 25 or so years ago! So Hunter thinks that's pretty cool to have the same wheels! Picked them up for 50 bucks! Need chrome lugs and new centers but heck for 50 bucks why not! Gonna rebuild the old carb and we're hitting the swap meet Sat probably find something else to add to it there to. Can't wait!!

Carb rebuilt!! Pretty bad! PO must have let it sit a lot! Worst I've seen in my 35 years of rebuilding carbs! Cleaned up under the hood, put in his stereo and put the centers in the wheels!
