69 f-100 graveyard revival

Post by Hivoltj »

Here's a short video I made about reviving my new 69 which had been sitting dead since 2003.  There will be a full build to come.

My biggest dilemma right now is the reflectors or bump on the new bed.  I prefer no reflector but am not sure the best way to graft the bump on.

That is pretty cool truck for 800.00 and a good save.

Started the teardown. Next 69 video will have engine options with a poll.

Spoiler it'll be 460 vs. 390 let me know what you think

Well, no poll. Lucked into a good deal on some 460 parts so that it'll be. Here's the episode. I'm still hunting the crown vic parts car here local.

Parts car is here. Slightly modded 07 grandma-rquis. Has a 3.73 traclok rear, aluminum driveshaft, flowmasters and a hyper tech tuner. Scored it for $600 no title.

Shame to chop up a good running, driving car. I'll recoup my $600 by parting it out hopefully. Deer hit totalled it but it was already poorly repainted and the interior is disgusting.

Can't get pictures to load here for some reason!

Probably too large. You'll have to resize it down to under 500kb.
