I didn't use the 73 chassis because the rear of it was very rusty and would have required a full teardown of all brackets and cross members to rid it of the rust. my stock 67 rails were in great shape so it made more sense to swap the front end components. that also meant that I got to keep my VIN on the frame rails. It's all complete now and painted so pictures will follow.

POR15 rust preventative paint then sprayed it with POR15 Top Coat paint

I’ve got a 2wd 69 F250 from California that I’m wanting to convert too with a rusty 4x4 Ohio truck. How do you find your build on the book? And what are you going to do for power steering? And it’s looking good so far

Did you find a reseal kit for the knuckles ? I have a big ball HD44 that I’m having a hard time finding a reseal kit for.

Thanks, I've just been posting updates over the last year on the Fordification facebook page. I bought an electric power steering from Steermancycle.com

Bronco graveyard has parts as well. I have a new set of wiper seals for the large ball axles. Also have a new set of front brake lines.

Awesome work on the frame. You did an amazing good on the cab floor! Really like your attention to detail on rebuild the inner kick panel.

Good progress! The frame looks great and the rust repair looks good. Your truck will look great when its completed!
