Intermittent wiper switch

Post by derek7871 »

Can I still get the intermittent wiper switch from the late 70's truck that has been modified to work in my '71 F-100? I got one on eBay several years ago for my '68, but I can't seem to find one now.

FYI for everyone looking to install delay wiper switches. It is possible to use '80 to '91 delay switches. You need to do the wire switch in the plug. (as detailed in the link sargentrs posted).
When you go to get the parts you need everything. The switch, and the little black box. Make sure the switch has a ground wire on it. (Most are attached under a rivet head on the switch body), and that you get the black box.
Plug style stayed the same from '68 to '91. Wire routing changed in '80. Easy switcheroo on wire location and you are good to go.
Did lots of these. If anyone needs any help, hit me up. More than glad to share the info.
