Hello, can someone please tell me what the item circled is. Engine is a 460 from a 1973 F250.

It looks like you are referring to the port where the original carburetor would have the the tubes to supply heat to the choke. Over time the tubes rust out and with the advent of good electric chokes you don't really need them.

Probably a common source for leakage.
