Horn not working

Hello. I need some help with my horn. I have a new horn relay. When I press the horn button the relay makes a clicking sound, but no horn sound. I just need to figure out how the horn is connected to the relay. Currently, all the relay wires are connected to the voltage regulator and not to the horn.

I'm just throwing stuff out there....but have you checked the ground at the rag joint?

It should be grounded because the horn button clicks the relay.

Check for voltage, (12 volts) on terminal wire#6 leaving the relay wiring harness here on this scematic:
