Restoration Shop near Atlanta

Post by gte619n »

Hey Guys,

I had my 1970 parked in my deck and someone hit the truck. Completely crumpled in the front right fender into the tire. No note, no security footage... nothing. While I'm upset about the accident, I've decided to restore the truck. I'm the second owner and the truck was originally sold to a gentleman here in Georgia. It's original and I'd like to restore it.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a shop or mechanic in or around Atlanta? I'd like to rebuild the motor, do all the body work, and swap from the three-on-the-tree to an automatic.

Any recommendations are appreciated!!

Thanks,

E

Might try these guys. No direct experience with them yet but I always see some bumps outside when I drive by.

I did call.and ask about having a new master cylinder installed on my 72 F350. Just haven't had someone to follow me over there to drop the truck off.
