I have a 428 block, still working with shop to make sure it checks out and what needs to be done/can be done to clean up cylinders. I have a 4x4 highboy....recipes for an engine build??

...this is for street and pump gas. Currently stock axle and 4.10 gears, but willing to consider changing gears and/or transmission as well.
-heads?
- pistons?
-crank?

Welcome any good ones, low buck budget or high end build....love to hear ideas
