My dash pad was in awful shape....so I threw it out. I like the metal dash it matches my other old vehicles now... The 72 f100 is the newest in the fleet!

I'm rather fond of the bare metal in my 67, although if a quality pad came my way cheap I'd probably install it.

I've been contemplating removing my torn pad. I just don't have a welder to fill the holes, and don't want to remove glass, etc. How in the world would one get bondo or something to fill them without welding?

Put something behind the hole like tape, fill the hole, remove the backing.
