What to Use for New Seat Cushion?

I'm redoing my bench seat. Got a new cover from NPD the other day. Took the old cover off, only to find that the foam was junk. Surprise! Seat cushions kind of wear out after 45 years!

Anyway, I can't find anything in my town to replace the foam. The only thing that Wal-Mart carries is those memory foam mattress toppers, and Home Depot only has slabs of foam that would be fine for a flat bench or a porch swing, but probably not beefy enough for a truck seat.

So, what have people used? I don't mind getting a slab and trimming/shaping it. I'd love to buy a pre-made pad, but NPD wants almost 300 bucks for theirs. This will never be a show truck, so it doesn't need to be original-ish. Just comfy.

Ya need to head to a foam shop or an upholstery shop. Use an electric knife for rough cuts and an angled grinder with a sanding disc for shaping.
