Door Panel Chrome...

Does anyone know of anyone redoing the chrome foil on door panels? My 72 XLT has perfect panels aside from the chrome foil shedding like an old snake skin... Or is there a home grown solution? Any knowledge gained would be helpful.

i had the same problem. i bought some rocker panel chrome from advance in a roll and redone mine. its time consuming but its the only solution i could find. i dont think anyone repops the ranger chrome door panel trim either. hope this helps you
