side trim. which one

So how do I find out what side trim my truck had. I can tell it was the wider one but seen like 3 styles. Also I posted in wrong section and it posted twice??

If you're talking about the '72 Ranger in your signature, then it's probably the 4" http://www.fordification.com/tech/trim.htm Looks like it came in either wood grain or black striped. It'll be tough trying to figure out which she originally came with. The trim code on the door would only refer to the basic trim package (like Ranger, or Custom) and I don't think carries that level of detail.

So ther is no real way to find that info. Thats the only trim I am missing
